How to Prepare for a Mobile Notary Appointment

A mobile notary meets you at an agreed location instead of asking you to fit a trip to an office into your day. At L & B Mobile Notary Services, we coordinate appointments at homes, workplaces, hospitals, care facilities, and other suitable locations in Broward and Palm Beach Counties. A little preparation helps the signing go smoothly.

1. Tell us what you need signed. Share the document type, number of signers, preferred location, and any deadline when you request an appointment. If an attorney, title company, or other recipient provided instructions, keep those available. We perform the notarial service; we do not prepare documents or advise you which form to use.

2. Confirm who needs to attend. Ask the document preparer or recipient whether witnesses are required and who may serve in that role. Let us know if you need help coordinating the logistics. Each signer should be available for the appointment and able to participate willingly.

3. Check identification in advance. Tell us what identification each signer plans to present so we can discuss whether it is suitable before traveling. Florida notaries must identify the person whose signature is being notarized, so this is worth sorting out early.

4. Leave room for the setting. A hospital or care facility may have visitor procedures and interruptions. A real estate package may include instructions for scanbacks or return shipping. Share those details when booking so we can plan the visit.

Ready to schedule? Call 754-227-9947 or use the request form on our home page. We will confirm the appointment details and help you prepare for an organized signing.
