Can you come to a hospital or care facility?
Appointments can be arranged at an agreed facility in Broward or Palm Beach County, subject to access, the signer’s availability, and applicable notarial requirements.
Are witnesses included?
Tell us the document and witness requirements when scheduling. We can discuss logistics, but the document preparer or recipient should confirm who may serve as a witness.
